What counts as a seat?

A seat is a member of your firm who signs in to the workspace, such as an admin, lobbyist or staff member. Client portal users are not seats.

Can Sandstone match our existing report and memo formats?

Yes. Send your templates through Requests To Sandstone in your workspace, or attach them on the contact form, and we configure your workspace to match.

Can we bring our existing client tags?

Yes. Upload your tag list from Excel or CSV in Firm Setup. You review every match before it is saved.

Is our data separate from other firms?

Yes. Each firm has its own workspace and database, its own logins and its own client portals.
